Your PIN code
If you have never changed it, your voicemail PIN number will be set to the default number. We need the correct PIN code to access your voicemail and save the greeting. Click here for a list of the default PIN numbers.

How to use this service

To get a voicemail on your mobile phone you need to know your voicemail PIN number. This must be a different PIN number than the default one given to you when you bought the phone. See below for details on PIN numbers.

Once you know your PIN, simply call 0906 401 3070 quoting your item code. You will also be asked for your mobile phone number. Leave your phone switched off for ten minutes, and when you switch it on again we will have sent the greeting to your phone.
